Shipping policy

 

    • We try our best to be ecoconscious when it comes to our packaging. We avoid all plastic products, wherever possible, and we strive to make sure our packaging is recyclable, reusable or compostable. 
    • We use USPS and UPS for our shipping methods.
    • It typically takes 3-5 business days for us to process and get your package on its way.  Please be aware that shipping may be delayed during holiday periods, inclement weather or natural disasters.
    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number so you can easily track the progress of your package.
    • Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
    • At this time, we unfortunately do not ship internationally.
    • Please be advised when selecting any of our 'meltable items' during the warmer months. Items such as our Lip Balm, Body Balm, Body Butter and Candles can/will melt in warm conditions. If you receive our Body Butter and it has melted, the product is still perfectly good to use, it will have only lost its whipped consistency. If we notice you have requested we ship one of our Balms during a hot month, we will reach out to you to either offer a refund or exchange the item for something safe to ship. As for the Candles, we may not ship your order at the end of the week to ensure the package avoids additional transit time over the weekend. We may also delay shipping if the temperature in our area is above 90 for an extended period of time. If your candle has perspired or even melted during shipping, it will firm up again when exposed to a climate controlled environment.
